    No hot water food quality not good. Untidy room walls wallpaper were very dirty and broken. Hotel only looks goof from outside rooms were very untidy.

    Terrible experience, AC Outdoor unit are adjusent to room wall. Couldn't sleep whole night. As per tariff of room, amenities are so cheap.

    noisey room due to air conditioner outdoor just behind the room wall also mattress are damage, hygiene of room are very bad, not recommend to any one

    Services are pathetic, kitchen doesn't have plates, kitchen closes at 9:30, all water is charged, towels are not clean

    Messy hotel room, dirty bed linen, dirty sofa, dirty carpets and foot mats. Lift was not functioning. Wall papers peeling. Very unhygienic hotel room.

    I was not Able to check in and I asked partially refund however they denied they should understand the situation

    - Good, big and clean room. - Good unlimited Complimentary breakfast at room. In case hotel is well occupied, then buffet. - Generous and polite staff. Staff don't debate with customer on pety issues, they fulfill small customer demands without arguing. Very professional In review They are asking to upload hotel photos but I did not took any

    The rooms condition can be improved like new wallpapers and maintaining the false ceiling. The services can be improved and more professional staff at the reception desk.

    There was difficulty in breathing in the room. It felt hot all night even in winter. The bed was getting pressed too much. All the lights were being operated from a single switch. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Room service is not good. The receptionist was sitting and talking.
